Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a prime location, just behind the Opera House and barely a block from the lake, offering easy access to the Old City. The rooms are comfortable, featuring a spacious and very fresh bathroom, although they could benefit from better blackout curtains and air conditioning. The service is friendly and accommodating, with minor issues like unexpected separate tax charges and closed facilities not being properly communicated during booking. The location is excellent, providing convenient proximity to the Opera, train station, and various points of interest. The dining experience offers delicious dishes with top-quality local produce, albeit at additional cost. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement in communication and amenities.
The hotel rooms were not very big but very comfortable, everything in its right place. The rooms were well-appointed with high-quality bed sheets and nicely designed furniture. However, they could do with better blackout curtains and AC. The view from above the kitchen was of the rubbish, which was a downside. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist guests. Although there was a disturbance from early-morning bin movements, the service was pleasant overall. The location was very good, allowing easy access to Zurich landmarks and Altstadt. The dining experience was good, with a nice selection of local produce but relatively expensive. Overall, the hotel facilities were excellent.
The hotel has a great location right opposite the opera house and is centrally situated. The rooms are lovely, though a bit small with views of the interior courtyard on lower floors. The service is exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist. The dining is satisfactory but can be slow to refill popular items. Overall, a convenient and welcoming hotel.
The hotel's room was a bit tiny but extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable despite its location on a main street. The service from the front desk was superb, always going above and beyond, especially in assisting with recommendations for dining options. The central location made accessing the Altstadt and Zurich landmarks convenient and the staff's personalized welcome added a nice touch. The dining experience was adequate, though slightly overpriced for what was offered. Overall, a basic yet clean and friendly hotel with great accessibility to key attractions.
The hotel is located on a main street, which is very convenient. The rooms, although small, are clean and comfortable, with everything in the right place. The service was wonderfully helpful, providing great advice and even remembering my birthday with a bottle of sparkling wine. The location is perfect, right opposite the opera house and barely a block from the lake. However, the dining experience was not as interesting as expected.
